The branch will provide next-day delivery of multifamily maintenance supplies and will stock more than 6,000 line items curated specifically for multifamily properties—from toilet seats to air-conditioning units—ensuring communities have everything they need to operate comfortably and efficiently.

Geoff Nagy, ������������’s Director of Branch Operations, recently relocated from the company’s thriving Las Vegas market to lead development efforts in Denver. He and his team have hired dozens of Denver-area residents to staff the branch, a step Nagy says reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to local investment.
